Trying to install csb707_1100.exe
Tells me "server down" after entering order number.
Been like this for about a week.
I have turned off firewall shut-down anti-virus just can't connect to CS servers.  >:(

How can I install?

Unfortunately the problem is, the FS9 products were developed many years ago for hardware and Windows versions which are outdated today. Every computer hardware and OS update brings more and more compatibility issues.
While the FS9 products still can work on some computers, the development and
support for FS9 was ended a long time ago.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do at our side.
The good news is you are not alone. You can try some tips and tricks at our FS9 Forums
Also you could consider Prepar3D 4 version of the product if/when available.

Thank you, but I want to re-download the product(s) that I have purchased. You still sell them for 2004.

The problem is it says: "Invalid Security Code, Order Number or email"

Order# is correct, email should be correct (used address that was used when placing order, also my new address that should have been updated in your system)
and security code was correct.

Why can't I log in to my account???
