Sorry about that. My post should have said:

In the ‘777 Captain’MANUAL Part II – Aircraft and Systems (CS777CAPTAINII_MANUAL_PART2.pdf), page 110/111 (starts on the bottom of page 110, but all the important info is on page 111).

I have no reason, nor any idea, of how I got the page numbers wrong. I even had the CS777CAPTAINII_MANUAL_PART2.pdf file open, and on the correct pages, so that I would get the page numbers right. :(
