Installed 1.4 and the hotfix today on P3D 4.5. Can't test until tomorrow though.

Just installed on v4.5hf1, initiated a quick takeoff and VNAV SPD in climb does appear to be working properly.

That said I did just get a CTD but it appears to be unrelated - terrain.dll. Just bad luck I guess.

Installed and, like Sabretooth78, it appears to be working well in P3Dv4.5 (much better than before). No CDT for me yet.

The hotfix will not load. When I run it, all that happens is that it opens my internet browser and says the update was not loaded.
What's wrong?

Just re-checked the file is totally fine.
Pls check your browser/network/AV settings.

I am able to run the base pack file - csx572-1400, no problem.
However, the hotfix just opens the CS757 update webpage and then says it has not been updated.

What must I check?
One works and one doesn't with the same browser/AV settings.

Hi,

I have the same issue with the FSX hotfix. A "base pack installation required" message appears in the installer although the 1.400 is already installed and functioning without issue. The AV is turned off as instructed.
Could this please be looked into again?

Yes, please check again.
With the base pack installer, it asks to choose the location of FSX, SE, P3D before installing.
With the hotfix, it does not ask for location or type of sim.
It then opens up the CS website 757 update page.
There IS something wrong.
PLEASE look into it again.

As soon as we get an update that is worth everyone's attention, the 757 updater will inform you the next time you load the 757.

Hi,

There is a P3D4 version in the Bug Tracking forum. See post #5 by Captain Sim in the Systems & Dynamics thread.
That is hotfix 1.402, which solves VNAV climb logic.
