Maybe in the wrong topic but when I run ACE I get a error this app will not run on this pc I have no antivirus running and creating a new account within windows 10 and making a admin does not work

Each time I try to load ACE, it says 757 aircraft config editor has stopped working. See below error

I have turned of my AV and also added it to exclusions but still the same problem.
