I have always prefered there to be no 2D Panels for the sake of realism.Seeing as I didn't use them in the 757/767 very much, even though they were available. I was really happy when Captain Sim stopped adding them. I prefered to move my view with the joystick POV Hat, as if I was moving my head to look at the Captain/FO, OH, and Aisle panels.
