I purchased a B737 and a B757 in December during the sale.  Just went to try to log in to my Profile to download the patches/hotfixes and am not able to log in to either.  I have my order numbers, off of the purchase email, and I know my email, but CS will not accept them.  I have tried repeatedly with both order numbers without being logged in.

How can you fix this?

BTW, you have a post about this and several suggestions involve  going to the "Tools" folder, where is this Tools folder, would be nice if that info was included?
