Hi all, Having issues with the A/T randomly disconnecting in flight only to find that the warning was false...

Any suggestions would be great!

I have found that the A/T will disconnect if the hardware throttles are not at 100%. My normal procedure on TO is to switch on A/T, manually advance the throttles to around 60%, touch EPR, then advance the throttles to the stops, and leave them there until short final. A/T takes over and manages the EPR.
