Not sure what happened to my previous forum post, but my problem is still a thing and I am getting quite frustrated.

To recap: I have no uninstaller.exe literally anywhere, I have added the installers to my exclusions on my AV, disabled my AV when installed, got an uninstaller.exe from a friend, tried uninstalling via windows program uninstaller and CCleaner. Non of these have fixed my problem.
