Last night i purchased the 757 freighter expansion via paypal off my normal account which is dehowie65@yahoo.com.au

My paypal account uses my work email which i have used for hundreds of other purchases without issue.

On purchasing i downloaded the expansion installed etc all with no issue.
My account has no record of the purchase even though i was logged in and purchased it under my dehowie65 email address.
I have received no order number other than off the download link screen from the purchase nor is there an order number link or download link off my paypal acount.
Can you please advise my order number or add it to my normal account.
I have tried using your support page ie send my my orders and i recieve nothing for my paypal email and only my list minus the 757 freighter expansion which is not appearing on my account even though i was logged in and simply chose to pay with a payapal account.
For some reason captainsim emails are being blocked by my other email and so receive nothing.
I can forward the paypal invoice etc if required.

Well after an hour i have found a request link for a manual search.
Without sounding harsh your support system is very unfriendly and quite difficult to navigate.
I cant even test my paypal address via your Spam test as it defaults to my normal account address.

Thanks but your first link requires the input of an order number which i clearly stated i have not got as my account does not show the 757F.

I have filled in your purchased goods form which was done 24 hours ago with my paypal purchase details ie time purchase number etc and im still waiting to get an order number.

As insaid in the first post i am NOT RECIEVING ANY EMAILS from Captainsim to my Paypal address they are being removed by that server. So i cannot recieve an order number email as its being blocked. Hence i want it added to my previous purchase email address.

I still cannot understand how something purchased from MY ACCOUNT is linked to my paypal email.
No other vendour in any other purchase of several thousand items over 15 years does this.

All i want is my purchase to be transferred to my CS account email

It's not. Your CS account is not connected to any payment system.

I have out up a copy of my paypal reciept, i have prven i havecpurchased the addon yet all you guys do is post useless links to pages i cant use as i are you ready

DO NOT HAVE AN ORDER NUMBER.

If i did then i could use your system.
Sorry but this so called support system is completely frustrating and totally useless with links to pages that i CANNOT USE!

How hard is it to simply get a PM or email with my order number for a product i legally purchased as proven in my previous post.
It cant possibly be this hard to get a order number

You can use ANY of your order number/email pairs to login and initiate the transfer.
If you dont have ANY there's a link Cannot find your Order Number? right on the login page.
