Title: Expired Orders. Why and how?

I've purchased several aircraft. recently I moved and built a new system with that comes the tedious task of reinstalling everything. to my surprise my orders say "Expired" and download links no longer work.

1. Why does this happen in the first place?

2. How to resolve it and restore those links?

3. Why is this not covered anywhere on the forums for other customers to be able to fix it on their own?

4. Support email address? nowhere to be found. Why?

5. Spent hundreds of dollars in CS products and this experience is unbelievably frustrating. Customer support needs to be improved.
