Hello Everyone

I have purchased the 757 but did not get a order number. i did receive a receipt by email but it doesn't include a order number. I have also tried the order number recovery on the captain Sim website but i still haven't received a email.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have a similar problem. I have just purchased the CaptainSim 757 for P3D v4 (via PayPal), and I have received confirmation of the payment, and an order number. Unfortunately, part of the confirmation stated "no download link available". So I checked my email.......nothing. I checked my CS order page......not there. I note that the CS 757 III is still sitting in the basket, although I have already paid for it, and received an order number :-?

EDIT: I retrieved the "Purchase Completed" page from my HISTORY, and the download link was there! The purchase is still not listed in my PROFILE though  :-?

I already checked that out before posting here. The test email from CaptainSim reached my email InBox immediately, so I am not sure why the purchase one failed to turn up. Maybe it is connected with the fact that today's purchase has still not appeared on my PROFILE page?

Me, too!

Bought the 757 yesterday, could download it once immediately, confirmed payment via Paypal...but no order number and no Email.

The testmail worked, spamfolder is checked. What to do to get the order number for registration?

That doesn´t help. In my profile are my older C727 and C130 listed, but not the 757 I bought yesterday. I can´t register it for the profile without the order number, that you didn´t send me!

Got the Email from support with the order number and it works now...thanks!

I bought the 777-200 bud only got the receipt bud not the order number so now i can't download it! Pls help captainsim!!

Check to see if the email containing the Order Number is in your Junk mail
