Is there another helpfull download for the P3D4 version? I have the same issue on that one.

1. Reinstall (Repair) the Base Pack.

2. Make sure:
p3dv4\Captain_Sim\bin\cs.sound.dll
p3dv4\Captain_Sim\bin\cs.sound.panel.dll
files are in place.

3. Make sure:
%APPDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\dll.xml
has the following section with the exact settings:
<Launch.Addon>
<Name>Captain Sim Sound</Name>
<Disabled>False</Disabled>
<ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
<Path>Captain_Sim\bin\cs.sound.dll</Path>
</Launch.Addon>

Thanks for the fast reply. Anyway I was able to quickly solve the problem by using the repair function of the installers before I even could read your post. Now it works as it should.
