I am just curious, is there anything improved on the V4 release or is ONLY to make it work with V4?!

And by that, I mean over the FSX version.

There's no such thing as "V4" nor "FSX version".
The 737 had 9 updates (versions) since original release for FSX.
The latest version 1.8 was made 32-bit and 64-bit and relased for FSX and for P3D4:
