I used the control panel to remove the CS777 program and it said was successful but when I opened FSX:SE they were still in the aircraft library so I went into Simpbjects and noticed that the files were still there. What can I do?

Try running the 777 uninstaller (csx772_uninstall.exe) from the FSX:SE root folder. See if that uninstalls it.

Make sure you use the "run as administrator" option (do this by right clicking on the file, and selecting "run as administrator" from the list that pops up).

And the uninstaller does not delete any mods. Free liveries for example
