Hi all,
i bought my 737 back in 2014 but dont use FSX anymore, must I buy it again to get the v2.2 p3d4 compatible?

If you did not buy the CS 737 for P3D2/3 before the release of the P3D4 version, then YES, you need to buy it for P3D4.

The long read:
THE 2.0 IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH FSX OR P3D2/3.
The 737 Captain (737-200, 737-100, 737-200ADV and 737-200C/F) version 2.0 for 64bit P3D4 is available.

How can I get the 2.X?

A. If you purchased P3D2/3 version before 20:00 UTC, 21 Jul '17:

1. Login to Your Profile.
2. Navigate: Product (737 Captain) > Extended Download Service then download the 737 Captain 2.0 to any folder on your computer.
3. Make sure the P3D4 is not running.
4. Double click the downloaded csy737_2XXX.exe file to install the 2.X.
5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 for the 737 Expansion models (if applicable) in any order.

B. All others including FSX version users:

I am a registered owner of the B-737. I purchased it on 14 December 2012. Your directions to receive the v2.x version start with me entering my account and downloading v2.x. My problem is that there is no version 2.x in my account to download. I did a download of the 737-200 that is in my account, and confirmed that it is my original v1.8. I noted that the download was not v1.81. Please contact me and tell me any additional information you may need to confirm that I should receive the new (P3Dv4) version 2x

Right, but it's FSX version, so you are in the group B above.

I purchased both the base pack and expansion at the same time in Jan 2017, the 737 Captain [Base] says [FSX/SE] and the 737 Captain (737-200ADV) Expansion Model says [FSX/SE/P3D3] in my account. Why don't I have the P3Dv4 update? Thanks in advance for any help in this matter.

It's a shame that folks that purchased the FSX version don't get some sort of discount for basically an upgrade to the P3D version. Thanks anyway for the info.
