Title: Autopilot Jutter
Post by Jamie37 on Jul 30th, 2018 at 7:45pm
Hello,

I have been flying the Captain Sim 767 for many years now but have just recently brought the 2018 version of the X-56 H.O.T.A.S Rhino. However, when I fly autopilot and set the heading, as the plane is turning is jitters uncontrollably and then misses the heading it should be at and then needs to re adjust to get the heading it needs.

When I unplugged the joystick from the computer is doesn't do it, however, to eliminate the fact that it may be the joystick, I selected a default 737 aircraft and it was absolutely fine with the joystick in so it makes me wonder if it is Captain sim.

Really hope someone can help because its getting very annoying now!

Thanks
Jamie

Disable the HOTAS while you are using the AP for the flight, and turn it back on when you want to fly the 767 manually.

The default keyboard shortcut for disabling the joystick/controller is CTRL+K

Thanks for the reply Mark,

I don't particularly want to disable it because it should work with it enabled. Is there anything on captain sims end that would cause this because it should work and it does with the default aircraft.

Jamie
