As far as I can figure out, you won't get that option in the ACE until you have a livery installed, so Captain Sim should provide a Captain Sim House 2018 livery for those two models.

I cheated by copying the [fltsim.0] entry in the aircraft.cfg for the CS_B757-200-III_PW2040_4D, into the aircraft.cfg for the CS_B757-200-III_PW2037_4D.
I did the same in the aircraft.cfg for the CS_B757-200-III_PW2040, using the [fltsim.0] entry from the CS_B757-200-III_PW2037 aircraft.cfg.

Note. I had to make changes so I didn't have duplicate aircraft in P3Dv4!
