Hi, I just got the 757!!! :D :D :D :D

Im actually parked at my home airport!!!

I want to use the cockpit window that is used in most planes when pressing F-10 key.

In the 777 you can call the EICAS Panels ADI and HSI, I want to do the same whit this aircraft using the Simicons panel.

And YES i prefer 2d Panels while taking off and landing and use the VC at Cruise lvl. ;D

you need to remove the line HotkeySelect=2 from the [CameraDefinition.003] entry in the aircraft.cfg (see below), to default it back to the Cockpit view.

But, unlike the 757v4.6 for FSX, there are only a few 2D panels (as seen on the SimIcons panel), and no 2D Captains/FO/OH etc. panels, so you will probably be stuck with having to take off and land from the VC.
