Go to the Scenery Library (while in the game, pressALT > World > Scenery Library), and there will be a list of all the scenery files in use, including the Addon Scenery. Uncheck the Addon Scenery, and that will disable the addon scenery from the Captain Sim Space Shuttle, allowing you to use the another company CanaveralX Scenery. Once you a finished flying the CS Space Shuttle, go back to the scenery library and enable Addon Scenery.

I only have Captain Sim addons, plus a few others installed in my FSX-SE on my laptop, and in the FSX\Addon Scenery\scenery folder, is a file named CS68.BGL, which I believe is a part of the CS Space Shuttle (as it is the only CS addon I know of, that installs additional scenery.
