It's done through the ACE program. The instructions for adding liveries is explained in the ‘757 Captain III’ Manual Part I – Introduction (CS757CAPTAINIII_MANUAL_PART1.pdf):
TO ADD A NEW VARIATION on page 37.

The Problem was reletated due to the black dot in local instead of online.
The downloads now are working.
