Can't seem to get the flaps to work.  Even though I can set them on the pedestal (I can move the lever and hear the click sound), they don't extend in the outside view nor do they show on the flap indicator - and the airspeed doesn't correspond.  I've also tried using my F keys but no operation.  Please help if possible.
