I don't know how to use photoshop and I don't want any charts inside the cockpit, can anyone tell me how to remove them? I looks like they can't be removed at this moment

That IS what you do. Clicking on the clip removes the ones on the window sill, and clicking on the actual chart on the yoke removes that one. ;)

Yes, I don't much care for them, but it only takes one click to remove them (so good to have the option for those who like them)

In general in CS cabins - click on things! There's usually a bunch more interactive stuff than you'll see from other devs.
