I had that problem too, but I pressed the shortcut keys I created for Avionics master (on/off), and the second engine started fine.

Note. I did notice that the STBY POWER knob went from OFF to AUTO when I did it, so it's possible that all that was needed to be done, was to switch that to AUTO in the first place. :-/
