1. You are still on P3D v4.0. This might be the reason. Try to update to 4.1

2. Workaround for the 4.0:
- open Flight Planner
- select 'Depature Location'
- select EGSS
- specify particular RW or Gate (not Active Runway)
- save Flight Plan
- load it into FMC

We'll add the fix in 1.1.
