It's our pleasure to announce that starting with the 757 CAPTAIN III all CS aircraft models will be named after the people who changed the world.

As you may have noticed, the 757-2PW model is named after O.Henry.

Now it's time to select the name for the 757-2RR. Please vote.

Guests can vote.

01Feb18 update: #2 will go to the Freighter and #3 to the -300.

Orville(left) and Wilbur(right) engine, they might not have changed the world but certainly inspired it and allowed the 757 to even be a thing

I'd suggest Frank Borman as he was Eastern Airlines President who had asked Boeing for a larger, more fuel-efficient jetliner.

I am going to Vote for my Grandfather Dale Gunderson who was one of the leads in the designing of the composite components for the 757.

Considering life is like a puzzle, one action prompts another like a big chain. We created these big names to drive them to popularity in our culture. If it wasn't for us they would just be your typical nothing in our history books. :) This is why i throw my vote in for my Grandfather.

And then entered into an arguably shady purchase deal with Airbus because the airline was on the brink of collapse.
