Last night I tried several times to load the Captain Sim C130 in FSX-SE, and each time it failed to load.  The Event Viewer said the faulting application was fsx.exe, and the faulting module was MSVCR80.dll.  Today I reinstalled this aircraft from the Captain Sim website and the installation had no issues.  Started FSX-SE and loaded the C-130 at KSEA.  Had to approve several gauge files..., as is normally the case for any new aircraft.  The plane loaded normally.  I have not tried to fly it yet.  Control-E is not sufficient to start the engines.

You may want to try reinstalling the C-130 from the Captain Sim website as I did.  It wanted to install using the path to FSX, and I had to change that to the path for FSX-SE.  Be sure to make that change, and then it should install correctly.  Good luck!
