Title: Crash To Desktop Post by blanston12 on Sep 21st, 2017 at 6:39am
Hi CS,
I am trying to reinstall the 727 base into my P3D v3.4 setup. Everything seams fine, I select the 727-100 in the scenario editor, load the scenario and it starts to load, as the bar in the loading dialog gets near the 100% mark I get a 'Prepar3D has stopped working" dialog and game over. I start over with a different aircraft and no problem, but then select the cs-727-100 and "Prepar3D has stopped working". I am installing using installer "csz721_2700.exe" using P3d v3.4 on windows 10. I hope I can get some advice on how to debug this problem. |

Of course if this package is going to be available soon for P3Dv4 then I can wait for that.

The 727 is on the list for updating to P3Dv4, but it will be a while before it happens. In the mean time, you will have to stick with using it in an earlier version of P3D (v2/v3).

Good information, so back to the original topic, how do I figure out why the 727-100 is crashing P3D v3.4 when I load the AC. |

Does anybody have any advice on why the supposedly P3Dv3 compatible 727-100 is causing P3Dv3.4 to crash when I load it?

Good evening,
Do you try to use the FSX-Version of the 727 in your P3D v3.4? If yes, it is possible to use it without problems. It's only a little intervention necessary ;) EDIT: Oh, sorry I have overlooked that you are using the P3D-Version. |
