If you install the 767F into FSX, or FSX-SE, then copy everything from there to P3Dv3.4, then it should work. You can't install the 767F directly into P3D v3.4, because the installer is looking for the 767-300 Base Pack in FSX. If FSX is no longer installed on your computer, the FSX to P3D Migration Tool comes in handy, because FSX is not needed to be installed, to install the FSX addons directly into P3D v3.x. It doesn't work for P3Dv4 yet.
