Guys, please help me :'(

I'm using P3D v3.4 (next week v4) and I bought the 767F, but it dosen't want to install.

The installer tells me, I have to activate the Base Pack first.

Btw the Base Pack and the -200 is installed and works perfectly inside the sim.

There are Prepar3D versions for L1011, 777 Captain, 737 Captain and 727 Captain available.
All other products are designed for Microsoft Flight Simulator only.
They might work on Prepar3D but we do not support any mods or issues related to Prepar3D.

You can't install the 767F directly into P3D v3.4, because the installer is looking for the 767-300 Base Pack in FSX. If FSX is no longer installed on your computer, the FSX to P3D Migration Tool comes in handy, because FSX is not needed to be installed, to install the FSX addons directly into P3D v3.x. It doesn't work for P3Dv4 yet.

Do you have the 767-300 Base Pack installed in FSX/FSX-SE? If not, then that's why you are not getting a location to install it. If my memory serves me correctly, it looks for the 767-300 Base Pack installation, and if it doesn't find it, it can't continue, and it should tell you that it's needed.

Hello again after a while.

I've got the FSX installed on my pc. And I installed it there but I've got the same "error".

Now I saw, the BasePack is V1.5 and the 76F is V1.4. Is this the problem?

The BP is from CaptainSim direct and the 76F is from SimMarket.

*I assume that even though you bought it at SimMarket, the 767 Freighter will be listed in your available products (unless you used a different email for its purchase from SimMarket).
