Hi all.

I have the latest version of the Captain Sim 727v2.7 and think the CS CIVA INS works great. I was wondering if anyone has tried to migrate this into the Captain Sim 707, 300 and F models successfully. I was playing around today and got the 2d unit to show in the Virtual Cockpit but there wasn't any visible displays showing, like there wasn't any power to the INS unit.

I would like to try and get this unit working in the 707 as I think it actually works better than the Delco unit that you can use in the 707 at the minute.

Interested in anyone's feedback on this idea.

I tried using both the CS 727's, and CS L-1011's, CIVA INS in the CS 707, but it wouldn't turn on so it could be used.

Yes that was my experience using the 727 CS CIVA INS. It was there but wouldn't light up. Shame really as it works very well in the 727.

Oh well, I shall keep trying.

Have you had any luck getting it working in the 737, I bought that in the latest sale but notice there is no INS installed? Maybe I would have to go with the Delco version like we have to use in the 707.
