I don't recall ever attempting an RNAV arrival for the 767. I just use ILS approaches. :(

They are actually quite fun!   Most of my glass-cockpit planes will do them.   The ones that the built-in ATC knows about are from c. 2006, like all of FSX.

I can usually find the proper charts on Flightaware.  You want to try the ones that are listed as RNAV(GPS), not RNAV(RNP).

You fly them using LNAV/VNAV togther, and it is pretty slick when it works right.   I had to use the RNAV 22L for Chicago Midway KMDW the other night.  ATC cleared me for 22L visual, and there was no way that was going to work in the WX that was happening there.    There is no ILS for that runway, but the RNAV approach worked and got me down to minimums where I just was able to see the threshold and manually land.

The CS 777 does RNAV approaches properly, but I wouldn't recommend trying it in the 767! ;)
