It's been a while since you've released this wonderful 707 but I have a few questions:
1) where are the missing textures for the engines fan blades for the 707 cargo model?
::)
2) how can I get the working Flight Engineer's VC panel for the ADV model as it is available for the cargo and 320B models? :'(

I can't start new posts so I'll have to piggyback on yours.

My TCE folder has only one file named TCE_707.exe.manifest. I have a repaint I would like to install. Is there a place I can download TCE for the Legendary 707?

Try renaming TCE_707.exe.manifest to TCE_707.exe, to see if that makes the TCE work.
