Hello,

i would like to buy fsx weapons as
I am very interrested on using weapons on ships, but not sure what i want to do is possible with weapons for fsx :

i would like for some ww2 ships i have (free models downloaded) to add them cannons for the AI ships and that AI ships will use this cannons (air to air or ships vs ships). Don't know if it is something possible (ps : i have prepar3d V3).

In the same  way, i saw that you can add radars. Don't know if it is something possible to use on ai ships too.

I think that you need to make a mission to say to the AI to use the weapons or the radar ? something that the AI can' t handle by himself ?

What you describe is not possible. FSX Weapon is user vs simobjects. I don't even know if it runs in P3D...

But AI ships vs user, is something that is coming in near future...

As i have some problem to create weapons for ships in the "other" soft, i just bought cs weapons !

And thanks for your example Chris, it will help me to try to do what i want do do !

and with migration tool, i can run it without problem on p3d.

i just test the default cswepons.xml you can install for any object (in fact install it for a ship)

edit :

Chris, i tested your weapons for hms Bounty and run great !

the only problem i have and don't know if it is in the damages
sections of the csweapons.xml :

i have a hmsbounty for me, and another for ai.

so i fired the ai hms Bounty, hit she, but she started to fly at high speed. (in fire)

perhaps some values to tweak ?
