was looking online for some info for my L1011 and spotted some one using a Ripped model from CS in GTA V

That's a DC-10-30F, not an L-1011F, and if it was ripped from anyone, it was probably ripped from the Commercial Level Simulations (CLS) DC-10 series. ;)
