i found fuel was being drained from tanks that where not even selected , this means that the aircraft cannot be ballanced correctly.

The only 2 Tanks that cannot be selected individually are the Mid and Aft Body. For me this is not a big handycap, you can balance the B-52 fine with this.

I'am closing Crossfeed Valve No 20 and 21 after 6000 lbs left in Mid/Aft Body after finished Step 5 and going over to Step 6 in the Fuelsequence.

You have to see Step 4 and 5 as One Step  ;)
