This is an exceptional "sample" of FSX Mission building for Military flying. "Bridge Tufa" is a free mission, built 5 years ago by Ed Olander, using droppable bombs.
Mission will engage you to :
- bomb two bridges
- provide cover to a downed pilot until
CSAR heli picks him up by destroying incoming vehicles
- carrier landings for re-arming and refuelling.

So, I converted the mission for use of CS Weapons inside it :
You can use guns, rockets and bombs for accomplishing the various tasks of the mission.
Also replaced effects with the flak & AAA ones, as in the video.

Thanks for converting this, he has a few other good ones that need just a few tweaks to make them even better for CS Weps and CCP. Ed really added the immersion factor with the radio chatter and various AI flying around.

Had a chance to fly the mission and the CS weps had no effect on the trucks. Had to use the ybomb to finish them off and never had the OH-6 trigger.

I'll take a look at some of his others I have, some are helo based missions, including another VN OH-6 mission.

You have probably forgotten to Copy/paste from "Airpower back up" folder the mission files inside the main original mission (& overwrite). Thus playing the original one.

I've downloaded nad flew the OH mission. Nice one. But has nothing to be converted. CCP may be used for spawning some target vehicles during the returning to base though.

Ok, I'll look over my install again based on the html read me you provided.

He does have another A-1 mission, "Haiphong Skyraider", uses Piglet's A-1J and OV-10. I have a few carrier missions, one is a EH-101 based extraction in Egypt, but I can't find it anymore.

On the VN topic, if anyone perfected the AC-130 side firing w/ CS Weps, an anti-convoy mission would be cool using guns/rockets to sim 105mm rounds and CCP.
