Peje is correct in that the CIVA INS will not function with 'gauge01=../civa/INS!Config, 0, 0, 0, 0, Def_B727' under a certain condition.

If you have FSX set-up with 'Setting - Display' to 'Default Cockpit View' set to '2D', then having 'gauge01=../civa/INS!Config, 0, 0, 0, 0, Def_B727' in '[Window00]' will work just fine.

However, if the 'Default Cockpit View' is set to '3D', you can only activate the CIVA INS by switching to Cockpit View (2D Window) or pressing 'Shift + 1' before you can power-up the CIVA INS.

If you always start-up in the '3D' cockpit, then place 'gauge0X=../civa/INS!Config, 0, 0, 0, 0, Def_B727' in the [VCockpit01] section of your panel.cfg file.
