You need to find if there is a way to stop you Anti-Virus shields (this allows the file to be downloaded without being deleted or blocked) and to add certain files and/or HDD location to an "excluded" list (this allows the file/files in the location to not be scanned by the AV, even when accessed). Seeing as I don't have/use PCCillin, I don't know exactly where you need to go to do this.

You might be able to retrieve the file from the AV vault/chest, and to tell the AV that the file is safe.
