I got it very wrong by not reading exactly what your problem is. :-[

Firstly. To get 777 v1.4, you will need to buy the 777 Captain first.
Go to here 777 Captain and click on the €10 discount link. That gets you the 777-200 for €10 less (the amount you paid for the 777 Exterior v0.1).
Once you have bought it, you will receive the link to download 777 v1.4 installer. Then you can download and install the update to v1.6.
