Nice video so far - I haven't watched it all yet! ;)

When you went to the First Officer view, I noticed that your head movement was quite fast (unlike what it is like by default). Questions:
Did you edit the aircraft.cfg and change the PitchPanRate=XX and HeadingPanRate=XX rates and add the PanAcceleratorTime=0?
Are you using TrackIR (or some other head tracking device)?
