I have just re-installed the 777 including all its variants and hoped the Manual would tell me about the Normal Procedures, i.e. How to start engines and the correct order in which to turn on the various systems - such as electrics, hydraulics, etc. And how to fly the thing!

But I cannot find any sign of the Manual Part III. Does it exist? If so where can I find it?

And is there a Tutorial Flight?

There is no manual part III for the 777, but there is a Pre Flight tutorial, done by ARNZX: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4cgb9060lrx622m/777_Tutorial_Pt1.zip?dl=0 - no other 777 Tutorial "parts" were done. :(
