It happens to me if I forget to return the Engine Start Switches back to OFF, or to turn the Air Conditioning Pack Switches back ON after takeoff.
Note. This is because I think you're supposed to turn the Engine Start Switches to FLT and the Air Conditioning Pack Switches OFF during takeoff. :-/ |
