The 777 Captain 1.5 features new anti-piracy code that might be false alerted by some anitivirus software.
NOTE: OUR PRODUCTS (IF DOWNLOADED FROM CS UNALTERED) DO NOT CONTAIN ANY VIRUS, SPAMWARE, SPYWARE ETC CODE. Your options: A. Ignore the false alerts from your anitivirus software on the 777 Captain 1.5 code, install and enjoy the 1.5. OR B. Downgrade to the 777 Captain 1.4 - run csx772_1400.exe and follow the prompts to repair version 1.4. If you no longer have the csx772_1400.exe file check-in to Your Profile, click Product name link and use Extended Download Service. We are working on the issue to be fixed in 1.6. We are sorry for inconvenience. |

1.6 will have performance improvement like was announced for 1.5? Because I didn't see any improvements, I compared same situations on 1.4 and 1.5, I had exactly the same results.

I found a simple fix, the file ACE_777.exe is mistakenly seen by my Norton Internet Security as a virus and keeps deleting it. I went into settings for Norton and added that file to the antivirus and sonar exclusion list. It solved my problem
