Hi , Just yesterday i bought the CS707 for FSX and after installing it and started a flight Cold and dark after a while all knowbs were not clickable. I heard the click sound but no action  and the outside model is wiithout gears. This is the third product i have from CS the other two are the 757 and 777 and now this one. Is there a way to make it work. Before u ask i already opened a ticket and till yesterday was unanswered and today was deleted.

Try reinstalling the 707 Base Pack (use the "Run as administrator" option if you have Vista/Win7/Win8/8.1) and see if that fixes it.

If that doesn't work, then you will need to do a full uninstall/reinstall as described in KB #685 (Check-in to Your Profile > Product > Customer Support > Search KB or Submit New Ticket), which includes removing the registry entry. If you do the full uninstall/reinstall, try using the Manual Offline Activation (I use it all the time).

Hi Mark , All have been already done. I read one of ur post where u did suggest  this to another guy and i already did it. I delted the entriees of the 707 from the registry, i was wondering if it is possible the problem is that i still have the 777 in the registry and not installed...

Download a new installer from the Get New Links in the Extended Download Service:

Check-in to Your Profile > Product > Extended Download Service > Get New Links

NOTE:
1. Make sure your AV is OFF/disabled while you download it
2. Make sure your AV is OFF/disabled while you install it.
3. Run FSX using the "Run as administrator" (especially if FSX is installed in the default location - C:\Program Files, or C:\Program File (x86) - in Vista/Win7/Win8/Win8.1).

Thanks Mark I will give a try. Anyway i find really odd that the ticket I opened were deleted without any answer and I didnt have any news from CS. At the end thisis their prodiuct. Nice way of working.

Ok I unistalled the 707 i deleted the registry key related to this product. I downloaded it again i have no antivirus and no firewall i installed all as administrator as i have always done and after the plane turn the engines on the wheels disappear and the plane is to throw. So if the antipiracy work with people who buy it as well better to change method or at least to give th e support to solve it. Useless to pay for something and have exact the same result than not payimg it.

What happens if you use the "Run as administrator" option on FSX?

If doing that works, then you can set it to permanently run FSX as an administrator by going into the fsx.exe Properties > Compatibility > Privilege Level, and checkmark (place a tick in) the box beside "Run this program as an administrator":

Hi MArk it is set that way since always.....Anyway what do you mean what happen if i run FSX as administratior? I always lauch FSX as Administrator.

If you are using Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, and your User Account is an administrative account, you will still need to use the "Run as administrator", or "Run this program as an administrator", so that it really does have administrative rights. ;)

yes and as i have said i always run it as administrator even if UAC is disabled.. ;D

After doing a complete uninstall (KB #685), have you tried doing a Manual Offline Activation?

hmm no i didnt try to do a manual installation but this can be a good idea.. i will try and report it...

Try following: Save the flight, restart FSX, start the saved flight. When the flight is finished loading, load the same flight INSIDE from that flight again. This could help  ;)
