To add more exterior views, you need to add more [CameraDefinition.X] in the aircraft.cfg (found in FSX\SimObjects\airplanes\CS_B777-200ER_GE for the 777-200ER with GE engines)

¹ You need to add new [CameraDefinition.X] starting with [CameraDefinition.7], because [CameraDefinition.6] is the last of the exterior views listed, and they must be in consecutive order ([CameraDefinition.XXX] are most often used for interior views, and that is what Captain Sim do). You can change the ones already listed if you prefer to.

²Give the new view its own title. Don't use one that is already being used, as it leads to confusion when selecting the views via the menu (Menu > Views > Change view > Aircraft > Right Wing, etc.).

³When creating a new CameraDefinition, you need to generate a new GUID - You can do that on this Online GUID Generator - I checkmark (put a tick in) the Hyphens, which is a must, and Braces, which is optional.

⁴InitialXYZ = Camera XYZ position offset from the default location in meters.

⁵InitialPBH = Camera pitch, bank and heading orientation offset from the default in degrees. Note that positive pitches give a downward view. Positive headings are to the right.



Backup the aircraft.cfg before making changes to it!
