This forum is not for technical support. For technical support please check-in to Your Profile then click Product Name > Customer Support >

2. CS Team members
Captain Sim Team members when possible visit the Forums and respond to as many postings and as quickly as they can.
Those customers with appropriate knowledge and experience with our products do answer questions or give advice.

Rule #2 is where I come in. ;)
