727 v2.4 -200 expansion on FSX Accel with Windows7

CS WX Radar works fine also as a pop up & undocked.

The problem I have is that it does not pop up when I click its hotspot (radar screen). I can only pop it up with the SHIFT key combination or from menu  bar of FSX.

My panel.cfg of the 727-200 includes the following related to the radar :

Is ident=11223 the correct number ? Any other clues ?

In my opinion, it's not a hotspot. The hand symbol appears, but nothing happens when you click on it. It never has! The same applies to the standalone CS Weather Radar.
