I had been using an earlier driver set initially, but I have since upgraded to 340.52 with no noticeable change.

Honestly at this point its more of an irritating problem then a real game killer, so long as I save and reload at least 3 times a flight or thereabouts.


Fortunately the ACARs system for my Virtual Airline allows me to do this in order to keep my hours straight and honest 8-)

(On that note...yes I have tried flying with nothing running in background as well)  

I'm a bit confused on the fullscreen thing seeing as I have read in multiple places that windowed mode is a FPS killer, especially if it interacts with menu bar.


I think eventually what I'm going to have to do is see if I can partition my drive to run Win 7 again and see if that makes a difference.

Yay for wasted $$$$ buying the OS again. :-/
