ftwd, are you talking about an issue where the autobrakes activate without having set them to do so?  Or just that they won't cancel properly when they have been armed and engaged on landing? Does your .cfg change in your post disable them?

I'm sure he means both, because both problems are remove by changing this:

[brakes]
parking_brake = 1         //Parking brake available
toe_brakes_scale = 0.885  //Brake scalar
auto_brakes = 5
hydraulic_system_scalar = 1  //On brakes dependant on the hydraulic system, ratio hyd system to max brake hyd pressure

to this:

[brakes]

toe_brakes_scale = 0.885  //Brake scalar
auto_brakes = 0
hydraulic_system_scalar = 1  //On brakes dependant on the hydraulic system, ratio hyd system to max brake hyd pressure

in the aircraft.cfg.
