Good to see! Having started, but not finished, a tutorial, I can attest to the hard work that goes into such a project.

there is a typo on takeoff section 3

Make sure the parking brake is on and smoothly advance the throttles
forward to 40% N1. T

PARKING BRAKE SHOULD BE OFF ! ! !
